Our standard library prep protocol This protocol is based on Illumina's Nextera 'tagmentation' product.
Our multiplexing adapters This spreadsheet includes information necessary for creating sample sheets for Illumina sequencing runs. It also includes a description of our set of 2x96 adapter sequences that can be used to multiplex in 96x96 combinations or in 96 unique dual index pairs. We use these custom oligos with our standard Nextera-based library prep protocol.
Our standard qRT-PCR protocol We make our own SYBR green qPCR master mix that generally works fairly well and is inexpensive.
